The CCPA continues to evolve and raise compliance challenges. For example, the AG’s regulations have raised the compliance bar above the Act itself. The November ballot initiative for the CPRA would raise the bar even higher. There are also CCPA law suits under the private right of action, and the possibility of AG enforcement actions that will be publicly known by the time of the conference in October 2020. This session will provide core, practical suggestions for compliance with the evolving CCPA.
