Given the broad scope of laws that apply to companies, it is becoming increasingly difficult to build a third party management and oversight program while the data sharing is in process. This session will address the basic programmatic elements, the major factors to consider, taking a risk based approach, and how to build a program from scratch as well as how to bolt on controls for programs in flight. We will discuss program designs around laws or industry frameworks, how to determine what elements you need and how to build the business case, and how to develop interdepartmental collaboration.
