What has been the impact of public and private enforcement provisions, and are they making things better? What does success look like from legal practitioners viewpoint and/or the public’s? Is success when there is more case law and guidance to ground advice to organisations? Is the enforcement to date helping or hindering in the view of legal practitioners?
