About Jeff Kosseff
Jeff Kosseff is an associate professor of cybersecurity law at the U.S. Naval Academy. He is the author of four books about free speech, internet law, and cybersecurity law. Previously, he was a privacy and communications lawyer in the Washington, D.C. office of Covington & Burling, LLP, where he counseled a wide range of technology and media clients.
