The dimension of the exhibitor tables is 6’ x 2′. We will provide a white tablecloth & skirt. Sponsors are also welcome to bring a custom-branded tablecloth. All exhibitors are set up on the perimeter of the main ballroom, where all food & beverage are served to maximize foot traffic. This is not a traditional ‘trade show’ environment. Exhibits are kept simple and portable, as you are required to break them down Thursday evening and reset them Friday morning.
