Exhibits must be dismantled at the end of each day and reset the following morning. All booth materials must be brought with you for setup, as we cannot accommodate shipping to the venue. You may bring materials on the first day of the conference and store them in the closet next to our registration desk. Alternatively, you can set them up on the Expo day in the morning.
