Exhibits must be broken down at the end of the day and reset the following morning. All exhibit displays must be brought with you for set up. Unfortunately, we can not accommodate shipping to the venue. You can bring booth materials to the event on Wednesday to keep in a storage closet or bring them Thursday morning before the conference starts.
