Join us for an in-depth workshop to dive into the FTC’s activities and priorities, and how things are likely to change in a Trump v. Harris Administration.  The FTC has been particularly active in the area of AI, kids’ privacy, and health privacy, and is now charged with enforcing a new data broker law.  And we’ll discuss prospects for the agency’s rulemaking activities.  Participants will gain insight into areas that they should focus on in the coming year in order to avoid the FTC’s crosshairs.
