This breakout session will provide a chance to react to the keynote panel. With policymakers joining the discussion, we will discuss current enforcement trends, goals, and future legal developments in the US and abroad.

With policymakers joining the breakout session on AI, we will discuss the EU AI Act, the White House Executive Order on AI, and various AI laws in development.

We will explore topics causing the greatest headlines, headaches, and heartache for privacy professionals. The final topic will be developed in conclusion with the Organizing Committee of the Privacy Law Salon and attendees.
