Please pick up the CLE forms from the conference registration desk and return the signed copy promptly during the conference. Alternatively, you can access and download the forms and mail them to Kathleen McFadden at the address below. For any inquiries about your CLE credit, please contact Kathleen at 610-312-3554 or kmcfadden.cle@yahoo.com. Please submit your form within 30 days of the event. Applying after this deadline may result in a late fee of up to $100 imposed by your state bar.
