This panel will examine those developments – including recent Supreme Court developments, the California Attorney General’s recently issued CCPA enforcement report, enforcement under the new Virginia and Colorado privacy laws, and the raft of updates to state data breach notification and data security laws that have taken on added significance with the dramatic increase in ransomware attacks and other cyber incidents – and what they mean for companies trying to operate across state lines.
