Despite the current state of regulatory uncertainty, there are still best practices for handling cross-border transfers. This session looks at up-to-date developments in the U.S.-EU relationship, the state of the Privacy Shield and other transfer mechanisms, and CJEU litigation, as well as developments in other jurisdictions, including emerging market countries. It will develop practical suggestions for different kinds of organizations who must make compliance decisions for their international data flows.
