This session will address CCPA enforcement issues in a lively one hour presentation covering (1) cases filed to date and how CCPA litigation is likely to play out (the claims asserted, the strategies companies should use to defend them, the likely motions, court venues, and settlement issues that will arise, and the things companies can do to avoid litigation entirely, and (2) how the California AG, who has embarked on a hiring spree, is likely to approach regulatory enforcement and how companies can and should prepare themselves to avoid being targeted and to respond if they are.
