PM Workshop
This workshop will provide an overview on California Privacy Law as well as context and practical guidance for compliance programs. Specifically, this program will work through CCPA compliance approaches and flag PROs and CONs for companies in different geographies, industries and business model situations. It will also cover how to handle consumer access, deletion, and “don’t sell my info” requests; data broker registration requirements; shifting adtech landscape; and litigation strategies and risks, both in California and nationally.
